We are supporting Family Emergency Shelter in the Prince William County area by preparing and distributing meals to 60 residents of the shelter including children.
If you would like to sponsor or supply a meal, please contact us. We are also looking for volunteers to help serve the meal. Please take a look at the flyer and the days we would need volunteers.
All volunteers must check in at the front desk and be signed in. Please bring a photo ID when checking into the shelter the day we serve the meal. All children under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. The shelter allows you to fill out an "in-kind" donation form including the number of hours volunteered. We will be serving lunch.
If you do not have the time to help serve the meal, you can still help by sponsoring a meal or making a donation of $3, the average cost per person per meal; we will serve 60 individuals so just $180 will provide one complete meal to all residents. Please contact us if you'd like to sponsor a meal.
