Regular physical activity, sound nutrition, and stress management are considered to be priority healthy lifestyles. It is very important to stay active for at least 21 minutes up to 60 minutes on most days of the week to prevent weight gain and achieve weight loss. Children and teenagers should be active also on most days of the week. Find things you like to do. Go for walks, ride a bike, dance out or at home, walk around the house, work in the garden. Go up and down the stairs, go for a swim, and try different kinds of activities that keep you moving. Look for new ways to build physical activity into your daily routine. Eat vegetable, any vegetable like peas, broccoli, spinach, collard greens, carrots, sweet potatoes, beans, lentils. You can eat lots of fruits, fresh, frozen, canned or dried fruits. Always check with your doctor before you begin with a new diet or physical activity.
